What size is my lamppost ad?
The size of the lamppost ad is stated in your contract.
Does NPB Media also create my design?
If you supply us with your logo and the copy you want your ad to display, we will create a design for you. We will submit the design to you for your approval. The design includes 1 round of corrections.
I have a complaint or a question that is not listed here. What to do?

What is my notice period?
The notice period depends on the duration of your contract. You will find your specific notice period on the back of your contract.

Outdoor advertising

I don't have a logo or copy just yet. Can NPB Media create these for me?
Yes, we can. For this service, we charge € 250 ex. VAT.
How long will it take to put up my lamppost ad?
That depends on the specific municipality where your lamppost ad will be placed. In municipalities where we do not need to file for a permit, the lead time is 8 weeks. When we do need to file for a lamppost ad permit, the lead time is 12 to 16 weeks. Your account manager knows the rules that apply to your municipality. Lead times are indicative and subject to how quickly you supply your design or logo, how quickly these are approved and, if applicable, how much time it takes to get a permit from the municipality.
I am relocating, can we move my lamppost ad to another location?
Yes, your lamppost ad can be relocated. Depending on your municipality, we may need to file for a permit for the new location. Relocation costs are € 335 ex. VAT. Please email your request to customerservice@npbmedia.nl
I have a new corporate identity, can I change my lamppost ad?
Yes, we can perform a decoration change. For this service, we charge € 595 ex. VAT. Please email us at customerservice@npbmedia.nl. State your contract number for faster assistance.
I would like to change the location and modify my lamppost ad.
No problem. For this service, we charge € 795 ex. VAT. Please email your request to customerservice@npbmedia.nl State your contract number for faster assistance.
I am running an ad on an information/map display which I would like to change.
No problem. Please email your request to customerservice@npbmedia.nl State your contract number for faster assistance.
The information/map display is broken.
Please notify us via customerservice@npbmedia.nl and state the relevant municipality and street. If it isn’t too much trouble, please submit a photo so we can make sure to send the right people over right away.
The clock running my clock ad has stopped or is lagging behind.

How often is my lamppost ad, information display, clock ad or roundabout sign cleaned?
We clean the exterior of all our advertising objects once a year and the interior of lamppost ads once every two years.

What is the exposure duration of my ad?
Your contract states the duration of your ad per exposure / loop.
How do I submit my digital ad?
Please submit the file containing your ad to customerservice@npbmedia.nl. Files exceeding 9 Mb can be submitted to npbmedia.wetransfer.com. For further questions, please call 023 – 5384844.
I want to change my ad.

How often can I change my ad?
You can change your expression and adapt it to a specific target group, another campaign or current events at all times.
Am I allowed to deploy any type of ad?
Yes, as long as NPB Media does not find your copy, imagery and/or message in violation of public order, common decency, local regulations, legal stipulations, third party rights and does not deem it socially inappropriate in any other way. You cannot (yet) deploy moving images because the municipalities do not allow it.
